Supportive Care Services
Kingdom Connection Agency, LLC provides non-medical Supportive Care Services (SCS) designed to help individuals live safely and with dignity in their own homes. Services are delivered by trained, background-checked caregivers under the supervision of agency administration, consistent with Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) home care guidance and applicable KDHE Supportive Care Services licensure requirements.
What we do
Household Support Services
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry and linen care
- Meal planning and preparation
- Grocery shopping and household errands
Companionship & Supervision
- Companion sitting and safety supervision
- Social engagement and recreational activities
- Wellness check-ins
Transportation & Community Access
- Accompaniment to medical and personal appointments
- Transportation for errands and community outings
Health-Related Reminders (Non-Skilled)
- Medication reminders (client self-administers; caregiver does not administer medication)
- Appointment and routine reminders
Care Coordination
- Individualized care plan development with client and/or family
- Ongoing assessment and care plan updates
- Coordination with family members, case managers, and other providers as authorized
Services not provided
Consistent with the non-medical scope of Supportive Care Services, Kingdom Connection Agency, LLC does not provide:
- Skilled nursing care
- Physical / occupational / speech therapy
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- Other medical procedures
Clients requiring these services should be referred to a licensed home health agency.

Kingdom Connection Agency, LLC is currently pursuing the Kansas KDHE Non-Medical Supportive Care Services (SCS) license and follows KDADS home care guidance. We are committed to meeting and maintaining every state requirement.
